All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Bridgetown Collective or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

Contact submissions

Information you submit through the contact form is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting, you authorize us to use that information to respond to you.

OAuth-connected applications

Some Bridgetown Collective applications connect to third-party services (e.g., Google) via OAuth. Your use of those connections is also subject to the terms of the underlying service provider. You are responsible for the credentials you authorize and may revoke access at any time through that service provider.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgetown Collective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
